- An operators manual will be supplied (in video form via a non published video link). Spare parts are available. Warranty is one year in the form of support and replacement parts sent. (for malfunction due to faulty materials or workmanship).
- The products have been well tested and the key technologies of the LTS-E are based on the well proven ITTP probe. However with a new design product there is always a small risk that some detail has so far escaped attention. Hallmark Design Ltd is available to give support and for example send a replacement component should that be required.

- Tormach do not currently have auto tool offset probing available on SlantPro or RapidTurn machine electrics or software. The LTS-E is sold as a battery powered beeper and/or LED manual setter. (A cable or machine connection support is not included).
When a 3.5 mono jack plug connection is inserted into LTS-E, it becomes a simple NC passive circuit that will probably suit most machine electrics and control software. However Hallmark can only provide a full application function warranty for situations that have been fully tested. There is a risk that an issue presents that is not caused by the LTS-E, which may not be clear if it cannot be easily reproduced and eliminated.
We are conscious some machine owners have a good understanding of CNC software, have electrical competency and would be comfortable with set up/installation themselves. If you are considering this please note this would be your responsibility. (But we welcome any feedback from you ).
